The engagement is announced
between Alexander, younger son of Mr and Mrs Nicholas Rowell, of Newcastle upon Tyne, and Samantha, daughter of Mr Richard Witt, of Vermont, USA, and Mrs Jane Witt, of Trowse, Norfolk.
