The engagement is announced between Charles, son of the late Lt Col John Hamilton Stubber and of Mrs John Hamilton Stubber, of Fivemiletown, Co Tyrone, and Louise, daughter of Mr David Beckley and the late Mrs David Beckley, of Wells, Somerset.
