The engagement is announced between Henry, son of Col and Mrs Christopher Peacocke, of Penton Grafton, Hampshire, and Rosanna, daughter of Mr and Mrs John Holtby, of Dowthorpe Hall, Skirlaugh, East Riding of Yorkshire.
