The engagement is announced between Byron, son of Mr and Mrs David Fitzpatrick, of York, North Yorkshire, and Charlotte, younger daughter of the late Dr Christopher Livingston-Raper and of Mrs Veronica Ritchie, of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
