The engagement is announced between Kit Sam Ho, son of Harold Ho, of Kuala Lumpur, and Gitte Moody, of Suffolk, and Rhiannon Kennington Bates, daughter of Josephine Palmer, of Northamptonshire, and Robert Kennington Bates, of Limousin, and stepdaughter of Michael Palmer. The marriage will take place next summer.
