The engagement is announced between James, elder son of the Hon David and Mrs Faulkner, of Killinchy, Co Down, and Hannah, elder daughter of Mr Andrew Tisdale, of Ballyclare, Co Antrim, and Mrs Miranda Tisdale, DL, of Parkgate, Co Antrim.
