The engagement is announced between Neil, son of Dr and Mrs Mayank Shastri, of Edgbaston, Birmingham, and Naomi, daughter of Mr Christopher Owen, of New Haw, Surrey, and Mrs Joy Nield, of Cotham, Bristol.
