The engagement is announced between Michael, younger son of the late Professor Philip Poole-Wilson, and of Mrs Poole-Wilson, of Dulwich Village, London, and Qin, daughter of Mr Hong Zhucheng and Mrs Li Zhihui, of Xiamen, China.
