The engagement is announced between Freddie, eldest son of Mr and Mrs WIlliam Lebus, of Earl Soham, Suffolk, and Heather, younger daughter of Mr Andrew Gibbons, of Clapham, London, and Mrs Jane Raw, of Wishanger, Surrey.
