The engagement is announced between Hugo, son of Mr Fergus McMullen, of Berden, Hertfordshire, and Mrs David Reid Scott, of Grangecon, Co Wicklow, and Emily, daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Morton, of Newnham, Northamptonshire.
