The engagement is announced between Jonny, son of Mrs Catherine Brighty Silver, of London, and the late Mr Nicholas Silver, and Madeleine, fourth and youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Andrew Pitt, of Middle Twinhoe, Somerset.
