The engagement is announced between Charlie Osgood Philip, elder son of Major and Mrs Christopher Hanbury, of Hungerford, Berkshire, and Yoanna Thiela, only daughter of Dr Yorck Otto, of Munich, Germany, and Anna, Princess zu Oettingen-Wallerstein, of Wallerstein, Germany.
