The engagement is announced between Benjamin, son of Mr John Howarth, of Colchester, Essex, and Ms Rosemary Austen, of Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, and Malgorzata, daughter of Mr and Mrs Henryk Wachowiak, of Siedliska, Poland.
