The engagement is announced between Reinhardt, son of the late Mr Norbert von Hof and of Mrs Norbert von Hof, of Limavady, County Londonderry, and Emma, daughter of Mr Richard and the Hon Mrs Vernon, of Stairaird, Ayrshire.
