The engagement is announced between Sam, son of Mr and Mrs Nicholas Hunter Jones, of London, and Katie, daughter of Mr Jeremy Lowry, of Hindon, Wiltshire, and Mrs Nigel Blackwell, of Wantage, Oxfordshire.
