The engagement is announced between Jeremy, elder son of the late Mr Anthony Behrmann and Mrs Claire Behrmann, of Johannesburg, and Emma, middle daughter of Mr Eric Thelwell, of St Ouen, Jersey, and Mrs Carol Thelwell, of Corton, Wiltshire.
