The engagement is announced between Malcolm, son of Mr Cecil Horner, of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and Mrs Patricia Bayne, of Kingsley, Hampshire, and Claire, daughter of Mr and Mrs Christopher Tarry, of Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
