The engagement is announced between Edward, eldest son of the late Mr Mark Lines and of Mrs Timothy Bartleet, of Thorney, Cambs, and Lucinda, elder daughter of the late Mr Alexander Gibbs and of Mrs Gibbs, of Alresford, Hants.
