The engagement is announced between Charlie, only son of Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Brian de la Haye, OBE, and Mrs de la Haye, of Edinburgh and North Yorkshire, and Cecilia, daughter of Mr Gerth Johansson and Mrs Joyce Wu, of Stockholm, Sweden.
