The engagement is announced between Jonathan, son of Mr and Mrs Christopher Chidley, of Hartley Wintney, Hampshire, and Zoe, elder daughter of Lt Col Anthony Wallington, OBE, of Bayswater, London, and Mrs Penelope Wallington, of Glanvilles Wootton, Dorset.
