The engagement is announced between Paul Edward, son of Mrs Iris Makepeace and the late Mr Brian Makepeace, of Swainsthorpe, Norfolk, and Catherine Morwenna, only daughter of the late Mr Laurie Watts and Mrs Wendy Watts, of Maescelyn, Crickhowell.
