The engagement is announced between Hugo, younger son of Mr Justin Orchard-Lisle, of Highclere, Hampshire, and Mrs Jo Orchard-Lisle, of Enford, Wiltshire, and Rebecca, daughter of Mr and Mrs Kevin Brown, of Surrey.
